datasells.ai is run by Data Sells, LLC ("we"). We sell exports from archives of public-web material and build datasets to order. For anything in this policy, write to sales@datasells.ai.
There are no accounts on this site. When you write to us we keep your email address and what you send. When you order, we keep what a quote and an invoice need: your name, your organization, a billing address, and a record of what was delivered and paid. Our web server records the IP address, client software, and path of each request for security and to keep the site up.
The data we sell is collected from publicly available sources and from sources licensed to us, and is stored separately from anything we hold about buyers. Public material can include information that identifiable people posted publicly; being public does not place it outside privacy law. To ask about, correct, or request removal of archive content that concerns you, write to sales@datasells.ai. Removals are applied to the archives we hold and passed on to buyers who received the affected records.
To answer you, to quote, deliver, and invoice, and to secure the site. We do not sell the personal information of buyers or visitors, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with processors acting on our behalf — our payment provider, Cloudflare, and our hosting providers — and when the law requires it.
Correspondence and order records are kept as long as the contract and tax law need them. Web server logs are deleted within 30 days. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, email sales@datasells.ai.
All traffic to the site and every delivery is encrypted in transit. Access to the systems that hold the archives and buyer records is restricted and credentialed.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
